北部ハイブッシュ系は寒冷地での栽培に適している。果実品質に優れ、生食ブルーベリーの醍醐味とも云える、酸味と甘味の調和を感じる。完熟時には強い酸味を持つ品種ほど絶妙な美味しさを誇る。が、その完熟判断は非常に難しく、早生品種は酸味が少なく、晩生ほど酸味が強い傾向にある。

They have excellent fruit quality and offer the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, which is the essence of fresh blueberries. Varieties with strong acidity when fully ripened boast exquisite flavor. 北部嘿布許系啊，適合喺寒冷嘅地區種植。果實質量好，而且食嘅時候可以感受到啊，酸甜平衡嘅口感，啊味道非常好。當啲品種喺完熟嘅時候，酸味好強嘅啲品種尤其好食。但係，完熟嘅時間非常難定，而且啊，早熟啲品種酸味唔夠，晚熟啲品種酸味強啲。

Je saurer die Sorte ist, wenn sie vollreif ist, desto exquisiter ist ihr Geschmack. Die Bestimmung der vollständigen Reife ist jedoch sehr schwierig und frühe Sorten haben tendenziell weniger Säure als späte Sorten.
